* Two passport photographs
* A completed PC8 application form (refer to our website)
* Any other available ID documentation
Further information:
* The emergency passport can be issued within 48 hours once all requirements are fulfilled.
* Travel must be within five days of the issue date.
* This travel document will contain only 4 visa pages and the validity will be limited to a period of between seven and twelve months.
Travel other than to Australia:
* If travel is via or to a country other than Australia, please contact the respective Embassy/High Commission of that country for entry and visa requirements.
* The Australian High commission cannot provide visa information.
